Vegan Chocolate Vanilla Marble Cupcakes

Second vegan cupcakes of the week! (from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World) This time I made the Chocolate and Vanilla Marble Cupcakes with vegan buttercream frosting and they were killer!

I discovered that vegan buttercream frosting is more delicious than regular buttercream frosting, hands down.

    Those look delicious! But so does everything you bake. Or cook.. your cauliflower mashed potatoes are awesome! I am still waiting for you to try baking something gluten free.. and then you can send it to me ;)

    @Jessica - Gluten Free is a lot of extra effort, though this book does have a recipe or two ;)

    @Beckie - not sure if you'll agree about the buttercream frosting
